Staff were friendly, but the language barrier posed challenges. Evening entertainment could use more engagement. It's a place that could shine with some improvements.

sailor's beach club is a beautiful place with a well-kept, green environment. the friendly staff, especially the guest relationship manager, made our stay enjoyable. the beach is clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds. the evening shows were entertaining, keeping both kids and adults engaged.

The playgrounds were good. My kids couldn't get enough of the water slides and the colorful pools. They giggled and splashed the whole time, it was pure joy to watch!

It was not cheap, but for what we received, it was still acceptable.

Our experience at this resort was disappointing. The room's bunk beds for the kids were not at all comfortable and too hard for a good night's sleep. Furthermore, communication with the staff was difficult due to the lack of English-speaking employees, making requests frustrating. When we needed to adjust the room temperature, the staff was unable to assist us, which left us sleeping in discomfort. Additionally, we felt the management's unwillingness to accommodate our late check-out request was unprofessional.
